Quick Chilli Turkey recipe
This quick recipe for your griddle pan is a great way of livening up turkey. Lemon, chilli and oil blend together to flavour plain turkey breasts, and then the turkey is fried or cooked on a griddle pan to serve.
Ingredients:
- 4 turkey breast fillets
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 fresh red chilli, de-seeded or 2 tsp. red chilli paste or ready chopped chilli
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Leave to marinade for an hour.
Heat the pan, then cook on each side for 7 minutes or so until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
